    Who should get vaccinated?

    Influenza (flu)

    Everyone above 6 months of age, specially individuals with chronic health conditions

    Pneumonia (Pneumococcal)

    Elderly people with immunity problems. - Adults 65 and older and those aged 19-64 with specific risk conditions.

    Cervical Cancer-HPV

    The HPV vaccine is ideally given to 9-14 year olds before sexual activity, but remains beneficial for 15-45 year olds to prevent future infections

    Shingles- Herps Zoster

    Adults after the age of 50, especially those with weakened immune systems due to disease or therapy. This helps to prevent future infections.

    Meningitis

    The meningitis vaccine is recommended for ages 11–12, with a booster at 16. Adults at risk, including travelers and immunocompromised individuals should get vaccinated.

    Chicken Pox

    The chickenpox vaccine is recommended for children at 12–15 months, with a booster at 4–6 years. Unvaccinated adults at risk should also get vaccinated.

    Hepatitis

    The hepatitis vaccine is recommended for infants at birth, with additional doses at 1–6 months. Adults at risk, including healthcare workers and travelers, should also get vaccinated.

    Rabies (Dg Bite)

    Open wounds or mucous membranes (eyes, mouth, nose) exposed to saliva from a potentially rabid animal (dog, monkey, cat, etc.) require immediate medical attention.
